2020 Syllabus is available here!

Yip's Music Festival is closely monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 and observing directions given by all 3 levels of government. This year, we have a record number of participants at YMF (THANK YOU for your support!); with a high level of participation, the task of protecting the safety and health of all the students, adjudicators, audience, staff and volunteers is at the top of our priorities when considering our next course of action. The YMF Committee will be discussing various options over the next few days and will provide an update in the near future.

Two Top Award Winners of YMF 2019 - Richard Yeh (Best of Piano) and Sanaz Lordfard (Best of Violin) - were chosen to perform with Northumberland Orchestra & Choir, with Music Director Maestro John Kraus, at a concert on Feb 29, 2020, 2pm at Trinity United Church, 284 Division St, Cobourg.
